According to creator Wesley A. Fryer, the purpose if his Moving at the Speed of Creativity blog is to both share new technologies with teachers and help educators learn to use these technologies in the classroom. Fryer's blog is full of articles and reflections on technology presentations he has attended and given. His posts sometimes share experiences he has had with links to relative resources that educators can use in the classroom. He also posts quite a few discussions about technologies that can be used in the classroom. The Classroom Podcasting/Radio Shows 101 post discusses using podcasts as a means of students showing what they have learned through podcasts. A less-than-10-minute video explains how to go about creating a podcast using the Anchor app. His Digital Health and Wellness: A Cross-Disciplinary Approach post is a curricular-based discussion about digital health issues beyond online behaviors. The post includes objectives his school wants to include with ideas of modeling these behaviors. Although an educator may not work in that district, the objectives and behaviors are universal digital traits that could be implemented anywhere. This site is an excellent resource for teachers and librarians who want to keep up with and use the newest technologies and apps. The instructional tutorials and explanations make integrating technology a lot easier.

We Are Teachers is a teacher site for those who are looking for free practical classroom ideas, free printables, educational humor, lesson ideas, teacher perks, or professional reflections and news. Posts are written by the website's staff or contributors. Most postings offer some sort of humorous relief or practical advice about teaching. Materials such as bookmarks and scientific method posters are available, but there seems to be more of a focus on elementary materials with fewer resources for middle and high school classrooms. Posts such as Teacher Depression & Anxiety Are SO Common. Here's How to Cope are geared toward educators in general , with some, such as the Top 10 Things Middle-School Students Wish You Knew post, geared toward a specific level. The posts are filled with practical suggestions and observations with some statistical research but no heavy educational jargon or philosophy. This site is an excellent site for teachers looking for support and ideas from people who share the same passion and career. Some teachers will find the site a bit light on materials for upper levels, but it is a great site for moral support, humorous perspectives on education, and some free classroom materials.

The eight-person team responsible for publishing Teacher's Voice, the blog for Teaching Channel, has designed this blog as a place where teachers can share thoughts, reflections, and ideas with one another with the intention of self-improvement through interactions with others. Posts such as Tch Tips: Four Ways to Gather Student Feedback offer practical alternative ideas for collecting feedback by expert teachers. Five Worthwhile Risks for New Teachers offers advice on stepping out of your comfort zone in the classroom and freeing yourself to take risks of your own so you are not tied to your job 24/7. The posts on this blog are categorized by topic: educating ELL students, educating for Democracy, teacher appreciation and many more. The blog is a little hard to navigate at first. This site offers substantial posts addressing education profession issues and topics. Teachers could use this site to find alternative classroom methods and teaching ideas, as well as sage advice about professional longevity.
